The southern section of the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail begins in Elizabethtown and continues through Mount Gretna and into Lebanon City. Highlights along the trail include historic Mt Gretna, Pennsylvania State Game Lands, Lebanon Expo Center and Fairgrounds, and South Hills Park.
