2023 Lebanon County CHNA
The 2022 Lebanon County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) was conducted to obtain localized insights about the health and wellness needs of Lebanon County residents. CHNAs are regularly conducted in Lebanon County by other institutions; however, these include multiple counties in their catchment areas. While this data is critical and frequently used, a Lebanon County-focused CHNA provided the opportunity to take a deeper dive into the priorities that other surveys exposed. Our assessment was able to reach more local residents, both inside and outside Lebanon City, regarding community resources and social determinants of health impacting needs specific to Lebanon County.
