Interested in becoming a vendor?

The Festival is designed to provide entertainment, education, services and information to Lebanon and surrounding county seniors and their families all in one fun-filled day! Most important to you – information and offers that this group may not be able to get anywhere else.

In the age of computers, it’s so easy for people to turn to a laptop or tablet for information but there is nothing more important than face to face conversation with a potential client and this Festival could provide just that opportunity! Read below for more details on the Festival as well as our sponsorship opportunities. In 2019, we had over 1,500 attendees. We hope you’ll consider joining us.

Exhibitors are allowed to make sales at the Festival. We ask that all sales be made at your booth only except that no contract or food sales will be allowed.

Frequently asked questions

What are the Festival Hours?
Expo Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Additional live music until 7:30 p.m.

As a Sponsor or Exhibitor, will we be included in the Program Book?
Yes! To be included in the program book & obtain with all benefits, Sponsors & Exhibitors must register by 9/5/2025. Sponsors & Exhibitors who register between 9/6/2025 & 10/1/2025 are gladly accepted, space available, but they will not enjoy the full benefits that accompany their registration.

Do I need to bring a table?
We will supply a table, table covering and draped booth

Is there food available for purchase at the event for our staff?
Yes! There is a cafe on site.

What support is provided for our exhibiting staff?
The Festival provides several check-ins with your staff during the event, should they need water, supplies or relief for a restroom break, our volunteer staff can step in for short periods.

When are our set-up times?
• Sponsors can set up Wednesday 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. or Thursday 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
• Exhibitors can set up Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. or Thursday 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.

What are the hours our booth must be manned?
Sponsors and Exhibitors are to man their booths 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

When is our staff able to tear down?
Sponsors and Exhibitors can tear down anytime on Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
