The Volumetrics Weigh of Life: Weight Management Plan teaches fundamental weight management principles on eating the ‘Volumetrics’ way and emphasizes sustainable eating patterns for lifelong weight management. Each of the six classes provides calorie density lessons, food demonstrations, examples of Volumetrics food choices, and interactive learning opportunities through group discussions.
